Amir Mhaka has directly appealed to Police Commissioner Godwin Matanga, urging him to investigate the matter thoroughly to clear his name of any wrongdoing.

Amir Mhaka, through his legal representative Admire Rubaya, vehemently denies any involvement in receiving or disseminating the intimate images to Felicia Muzeya. He maintains his innocence and calls for further investigation into the matter.

Examining Both Sides: Mhaka Urges Scrutiny of Felicia Muzeya’s Mobile Phone in Nude Leak Case

Rubaya’s correspondence to Commissioner Matanga highlights crucial points, asserting that the investigation should focus on Felicia Muzeya herself for admitting to recording, storing, and distributing the sensitive images.

Mhaka who has since submitted his cellphone to authorities for cyber examination in a bid to demonstrate his innocence, has emphasised the need to also scrutinize Felicia Muzeya’s mobile phone to ascertain if she indeed sent the images to him.

Mhaka’s lawyer, Admire Rubaya, stated:

“He (Mhaka) further asserts that instead of just examining his mobile handset only, the Police Cyber experts should also examine the complainant’s mobile phone to ascertain if there is any trace of evidence that she once sent those alleged leaked photos to the accused person.”

Mhaka through his lawyers believes some people might have accessed Fifi’s pictures and not him.

“Our client is of the firm view that there are people who might have accessed the complainant’s nude pictures and not him.

Rubaya presents various possibilities to be considered in the investigation, including the prospect that Felicia Muzeya may have leaked the pictures herself.

Furthermore, Mhaka’s legal team raised questions about Felicia Muzeya’s online presence, hinting at the possibility of her involvement in platforms such as OnlyFans, where intimate content is shared for a fee. He urged authorities to explore these avenues to uncover the truth behind the leak.
