Emtee, real name Mthembeni Ndevu pleads with hijackers not to kill him. The outspoken rapper has received death threats multiple times, and he’s talked about relocating to another country. Taking to Twitter, Emtee begged hijackers to not hurt him as he has a family to feed.
The star made it known in his tweet that he’s back to his wife, as they were reportedly heading towards a divorce in 2023.
“Bafethu. Don’t mean to disturb your job. Just don’t hijack me. A have a new born, 2 boys and a wife. I’m just tryna feed my kids,” he wrote. The tweet garnered mixed reactions, as some people slammed the rapper.
“So others asked for it? You think they never said before their last breath? This is a Ctupid tweet in the very sensitive time you should have said nothing on this one,” a Twitter user reacted.Emtee’s tweet comes days after Kaizer Chiefs player, Luke Fleurs was shot in a carjacking.
On Wednesday night, the 24-year-old was shot in the upper body and taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
