Siblings Hailed as Heroes After Daring Crocodile Rescue

In a remarkable display of bravery, two siblings from Mhondoro, Mashonaland East province, saved their mother from the jaws of a crocodile in January this year. Peace and Luckmore Magaya, aged 10 and 12 respectively, have been hailed as heroes for their selfless act, which has earned them recognition from the highest office in the land.

The siblings’ mother, who wishes to remain anonymous, expressed her deepest gratitude to her children for saving her life. “I owe my life to my children,” she said, still shaken by the ordeal. “Their bravery and quick thinking saved me from certain death.”
