Meanwhile, several Zimbabwean players based abroad have started making their way to Morocco.
Thando Ngwenya, Corbin Mthunzi and Tawanda Chirewa have already linked up with the squad.
The remaining overseas-based players are expected to travel directly from their clubs.
Warriors prepare for crucial Sierra Leone clash
Casablanca will provide Zimbabwe with a base for their final preparations.
The Warriors will then travel to El Jadida for Thursday’s meeting with Sierra Leone.
The match carries significant importance as Zimbabwe continue their Group F campaign.
Zimbabwe are competing against the Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea and Sierra Leone.
Consequently, every point could prove valuable in the battle for qualification.
The Warriors are targeting another appearance at Africa’s biggest international football tournament.
Zimbabwe have previously reached the AFCON finals six times.
Therefore, the team will be hoping to secure another place at the continental showpiece.
The Zimbabwe Football Association has continued strengthening preparations around the national team.
The association is also working to ensure the Warriors have the necessary resources.
With the squad now assembling in Morocco, attention shifts towards the final training sessions.
