Former Zimbabwean international and Orlando Pirates striker, Tendai Ndoro, has come out to clear his ex-wife’s name, Thando Maseko, regarding the circumstances surrounding their divorce in 2022. Contrary to widespread reports, Ndoro insists that he did not lose all his assets to Maseko, and that she did not take advantage of him during their divorce.
Ndoro, who also played for Highlands Park and Ajax Cape Town in the South African Premiership, revealed that he and Maseko had a peaceful divorce, with both parties agreeing on the division of their assets. “We had assets, it was a matter of ‘take this and I take this.’ She is clean, she didn’t do anything wrong,” Ndoro explained in an interview with South African football journalist Lorenz Kohler.
