Mambo Dhuterere Publicly Apologizes To The President And Victim In His Wife’s Fraud Case

Prominent gospel musician Mambo Dhuterere has publicly apologized to the President and the man who accused his wife and brother-in-law of fraud.

Mambo Dhuterere, who fears his brother-in-law and wife illegally used his name, expressed remorse and apologized for how the President’s name was enrobed in the fraud case.

Mai Dhuterere appeared before Harare Magistrate, facing charges of fraud. Charges are that she was an accomplice for her brother Kudakwashe Vambe in a fraudulent car deal.

The two misrepresented that they had a Toyota Hilux Gd6 for sale and could get the victim two cars for US$ 16,000. They told the victim that Mambo Dhuterere had a waiver the President gave to bring in cars duty-free.

The victim gave them his money, and they promised to deliver it in two weeks through an affidavit. They failed to deliver the cars but gave him a Ford Ranger with Botswana registration and promised a Mercedes Benz C200. The Ford ranger was impounded for not having a valid temporary permit.

Mambo Dhuterere apologizes to the President and the victim

The singer publicly apologized on Facebook for his name being used to defraud someone. He further shares that anyone dealing with anyone using his name should call him first, as they will misrepresent him.

Mambo Dhuterere further claims that the victim and his brother-in-law knew each other before he married his wife. He cried foul as he was still healing his image from previous allegations of having a side chick.
