The five men accused of killing rapper Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes and his friend Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane are expected to return to the Durban magistrate’s court on Thursday.
The state and the defence are set to make closing arguments in the accused’s bail application.
The state’s version has pointed to a well-orchestrated plan, which included Forbes being followed from the moment he landed in Durban.
While the defence insists the state’s case is weak.
