The South African senior women’s football team has ended its short tour of Senegal on a winning note. Banyana Banyana beat their hosts 2-nil in the second international friendly played at the Stade Lat Dior in Thies.

The two friendlies were in preparation for South Africa’s defence of their Women’s Africa Cup of Nations title later this year.
