Well-known South African award-winning rapper, Cassper Nyovest has responded to social media trolls who have weighed in on his new life.
Since December the rapper has been sharing his journey with God and recently got married to his childhood sweetheart Pulane.
Taking to his timeline on Friday, Cassper shared images from his wedding day with the caption: “It’s all for the glory of God. I stand today a changed man, a man of faith, honesty, peace, integrity, love and honour, wisdom. It’s by the grace of God that I’m a changed man.
“Many may call me names and question my salvation but God has called me and I answered with pride. To lead the lost man of today! I’m not better than anyone, I’m just different from my old self for the grace of God is upon me! Thank you Lord!”
In early January, Cassper shared a video of him getting baptized.
“A lot of people have been asking me why I’m quiet and what’s going on. To give you a summary, I went through a reset and I realized what life is and my purpose in this life. I’m not ashamed to say my soul was washed by the blood of Jesus. I’m not ashamed of the gospel and I will be unpacking more as time goes,” he said in a video shared on Instagram.
