In a tragic development, several people were injured after a Zambia- bound bus Andile Coaches was involved in an accident
The accident reportedly happened in Makuti yesterday afternoon while the bus heading to Zambia.
Details of the accident are still sketchy at the time of reporting, however, no deaths was reported but many injured people were reportedly injured
Pictures from the accident scene are already circulating on social media.
School Bus Collision: Separate Incident Adds to Road Accidents, Multiple Injuries Reported
In a separate incident, three people were injured when a school bus travelling towards Marondera with 54 congregates side swiped with a Nissan NV200 motor vehicle which was travelling in the opposite direction.
Subsequently, four other vehicles piled up, namely:- a Toyota Probox with no passengers on board, Toyota Sienta with two passengers on board, a Nissan Caravan with six passengers on board and Nissan X trail with no passengers on board.
The accident reportedly happened at 1630 hours at Mabvuku Turn-off along Mutare Road.
The injured victims are admitted at Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals.

Meanwhile, this comes barely a day after 45 church congregants perished in a bus accident in South Africa.
The passengers were pilgrims travelling from Botswana’s capital, Gaborone, to an Easter service in the town of Moria.
The bus lost control and went off a bridge on the Mmamatlakala mountain pass between Mokopane and Marken, around 300km (190 miles) north of Johannesburg. The bus in plunged some 50m (165ft) off a bridge into a ravine, before it burst into flames.
An eight-year-old girl, the only survivor, sustained serious injuries but is now in a stable condition
