Tragedy struck when Mauswa’s husband was involved in a fatal road accident in Victoria Falls on March 7, leaving Mauswa bereaved. At the time of her husband’s demise, Mungwena retained possession of the vehicle.

Mauswa, upon realizing that the vehicle was rightfully part of her late husband’s estate, demanded its return from Mungwena. However, Mungwena allegedly declined, asserting that he had purchased the vehicle from Besa in September of the previous year.
