Four men believed to be behind a string of robberies in Dundee were arrested following a ‘sting operation’ by the Glencoe K9 Unit.
Police swooped on a location in Karellandman Street on Tuesday last week and arrested four men who were found in possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition, 10 suspected stolen cellphones, and clothing.
The men, aged between 27 and 37 years old, have appeared in court and the investigation continues.
In other crime news, accused Ali Majola will appear in the Dundee Regional Court on November 19, facing two counts of murder and one count of attempted murder. He last appeared in court on June 6.
He has applied for Legal Aid.
