Epworth Dancer Thrown Behind Bars After Eating Man’s Lollipop on Stage

A dancer who was recorded taking off a patron’s trousers and munching on their lollipop on stage at Choggs Bar in Epworth will spend the next four months behind bars.

Kim, a former member of the Spicy Angels dance group was convicted of public indecency following a shocking incident that sparked outrage online.

In a video widely shared online, Kim invited a male patron onto the stage, instructing him to lie down. She then pulled down his trousers and underwear, fully exposing him. In a shocking turn, she performed an indecent act on him in front of the nightclub audience.

The male patron also participated in indecent acts during the performance.

Attempt to Evade Arrest

After the video surfaced, the police launched an investigation and summoned Kim for questioning. However, she evaded authorities for nearly a month, misleading them by claiming she would turn herself in. Her disappearance only added to the controversy surrounding the incident.

Kim was arrested last weekend, finally bringing her to account for her actions.

Sentencing and Consequences

Appearing before an Epworth magistrate, Kim was found guilty of public indecency. She was initially sentenced to six months in prison, with two months suspended on the condition of good behaviour. She will now serve four months behind bars.

The Dancers Association of Zimbabwe condemned Kim’s conduct, describing it as “unacceptable” and unprofessional. Following the incident, her license was suspended indefinitely.
