The children were shot and killed, along with an adult, by unknown gunmen over the weekend.
The community said there had been a spike in deadly shootings in the area recently.
Police are investigating the motive of the attack and no one has been arrested.
Four-year-old Enzokuhle Dladlu is the youngest victim of the Site C deadly shooting.
A devastated Sheila Dladlu’s face lit up when describing her relationship with her granddaughter.
“Enzokuhle and I both loved each other. I had a very special bond with her. Even at night, she would demand to sleep with me instead of sleeping with her mother.”
Ten-year-old Lunje Chomo’s mother, Zoleka, described him as a child who loved working in the garden.
“Even on Saturday, he woke up and watered his garden. Even now, he leaves his growing spinach behind.”
