Frustrated Giyani community promised water by June

Giyani residents in Limpopo are frustrated by the government’s empty promises about water provision.

The multi-billion rand Giyani Water Project was expected to be completed 10 years ago.

A new date for completion has been set for the first phase of the project.

But only 24 of the 55 villages in the area will benefit.
