Good news for Skomota’s fans

Popular South African performer Skomota‘s dream has always been to entertain people.

He went from dancing at weddings and celebrations in his kasi to dancing on big platforms and globally.

Thabang Sefala, popularly known as Skomota, has made a name for himself but doesn’t end there.

The 25-year-old from Ga-Mafefe Village in Limpopo has earned the new title of singer and songwriter.

The social media sensation recently released a song that has received love.

He’s known for his dance moves that have become a trend outside Mzansi, making him get booked across the country.

Skomota has performed on big stages like the South African Music Awards.

In the vibey song Mavuso A Tao Tao featuring controversial Shebe Shxt, he sings about mavuso and girls.

He had previously trended on social media for saying that he gives women R10 000 mavuso.

His manager, Kholofelo Makgata, told Daily Sun that Skomota is currently in the studio with Shebe Shxt.

“They’re working on an album that they will be releasing soon.

“He loves his song so much, and he’s always dancing along to it,” he said.

Kholofelo said Skomota had a safe trip from the United Kingdom.

He said that they’re trying to help him build a legacy.

“Their performance went well, and he is back home now.

“Like I said before, he must use the opportunity now to make money and better himself because fame doesn’t last forever,” he said.

Kholofelo said Skomota still attends his DJ classes.

“He will be training to be a DJ to make his brand bigger than it already is.

“We’re thankful for all those who are supporting him. His fans should look out for his new music,” he said.
