But now, rumours are swirling that Lamine Yamal and his girlfriend have broken up after she was allegedly seen sitting on another boy’s lap during Izan Fernández’s viral Instagram Live video. Yamal has since unfollowed Alex Padilla, and she returned the gesture.
Without any additional details, Barca fans were quick to accuse the influencer of cheating on their teenage star, even bombarding her with abusive messages. The backlash led Padilla to deactivate her Instagram account, which had over 500,000 followers as of July 28.

Before stepping away from social media, Padilla addressed the rumours, asserting her innocence. The 2006-born Spanish influencer denied any wrongdoing, stating,

This is the second time in two months that Padilla has taken a break from social media due to scrutiny over her relationship with Lamine Yamal.
A closer look at the footage by her friend, Ivan Fernandez, showed no contact between Padilla and the mystery man. The slowed-down clip confirmed she was merely sitting on a stool, debunking the false narratives spreading online.
