Well-known South African actors Muzi Mthabela and Ronnie Nyakale have left SABC1 soapie Generations: The Legacy.
Entertainment commentator, Phil Mphela reports that the Generations: The Legacy actors Muzi Mthabela and Ronnie Nyakale have left the soapie.
Mthabela portrays the role of Nkosiyabo Cele while Nyakale plays the character of Cosmo Diale.
Mphela adds that Mthabela will exit the SABC1 soapie on 5 June while Nyakale will Nyakale will be seen until 28 August 2024
Mthabela debuted on the SABC1 soapie on 6 December 2021 as Siphesihle Cele’s uncle, Nkosiyabo Cele.
This is after he exited e.tv’s cancelled telenovela Imbewu: The Seed. Mthabela’s character is very protective of Sphe (Pearl Monama) and fights her battles with the Morokas.
Mthabela has bagged a role in My Brother’s Keeper as a brother to the villainous Mshengu, played by Lindani Nkosi.

The actors Muzi Mthabela and Ronnie Nyakale are the latest stars to exit Generations: The Legacy after Kope Makgae.
Kope Makgae left the show in March to join the cast of e.tv’s latest telenovela, Isiphetho: The Destiny as Mosa.
TVSA reported in 2023 that actors Buntu Petse who played Nontle, Karabo Maseko who played Dr Luyolo, Rebaone Kgosimore who played Paul Moroka Jnr, and Zizipho Buti who played Tracy also left the show.
Sunday World also confirmed that the SABC 1 soapie and Morula Pictures bid farewell to actor Musa Ngema who played Mazwi Moroka.
