A comfort service for the late Rhema Church leader, Pastor Ray Mccauley will be held at the church in Randburg, Johannesburg, this evening. McCauley passed away at the age of 75 on Tuesday.
He founded the church in 1979. He will be remembered for his role in South Africa’s political and social transformation during the late apartheid years.
Pastor Brett Pretorius elaborates, “We have the vigil service taking place with the loved ones. And then the second vigil will take place next week. That would be more of an honouring service. It’s during that time that we are going to honour Pastor Ray. And of cause, we have the funeral taking place on a Saturday.
