Musa Khawula posted on X, “Linda Mtoba is having a stupid conversation with Rihanna at the launch of Fenty Beauty’s The Soft Glow foundation in Los Angeles, California.”
One X user commented, “Hating on someone for doing something you won’t ever get the opportunity to do is wack.”
Another user added, “I don’t think you guys understand trying to create a conversation with someone as big as Rihanna. Anything will come out of your mouth, and Amapiano was the perfect target. I would’ve done the same, go, girl!”
With an illustrious career spanning years, she has since archived her billionaire status through a colourful business portfolio, which includes Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin and Savage X Fenty.
Fenty Beauty has since become one of the most sought-after products in Africa, and in 2021, it was among Africa’s favourite beauty brands. According to the cosmetics education site Tajmeeli.com, Fenty Beauty products are popular in African countries like Kenya and Nigeria.
However, over the years, Rihanna has undoubtedly rubbed shoulders with several South African A-listers and often invites them to her events. In 2021, she invited award-winning actress Thuso Mbedu as part of her Savage x Fenty Vol 3. However, Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty is ranked the fifth-best beauty brand in the world in 2024.
