The woman whose pictures have gone viral on social media, after being passed off as the friend’s mother who slept with Ras Pompy, has finally broken her silence.

Zimbabweans on social media were abuzz following a report by H-Metro that Ras Pompy had bedded his friend’s mother.

The potentially career-damaging revelation was made in court by Ras Pompy’s alleged friend during an attempted murder trial.

Court Drama: The Affair Revealed

Wesley Shoniwa found himself in court facing attempted murder charges after allegedly stabbing his uncle during a confrontation. The dispute arose when Wesley’s uncle accused him of harassing his mother over her alleged affair with Ras Pompy. Wesley told the court that his mother had been sleeping with Ras Pompy, a man his age.

“We are here because my mother is sleeping with Ras Pompy, how can she sleep with someone of my age when she can easily find someone her age to sleep with,” Wesley told the court.

Social Media Speculation: The Wrong Woman

Following the courtroom drama, Zimbabweans on social media became eager to uncover the identity of Wesley’s mother. Pictures of various women began circulating online, with many falsely identified as the mother in question. One such victim of misidentification was influencer Abena Cilla, who isn’t even from Zimbabwe, and local video vixen Muchadeiko Albertina Masarire, also known as Queen Mutshadae.

Commenting on her racy photos that were shared widely, some social media users claimed they understood why Ras Pompy succumbed to temptation and betrayed his friend.

Ras Pompi’s Friend’s Mother Speaks Out

In response to the speculation, Muchadeiko Albertina Masarire took to Facebook to set the record straight. When asked if she was indeed the friend’s mother, she cryptically responded, “andizive zvinofunga vanhu” (I don’t know what people are thinking). Adding fuel to the rumours, she cheekily answered, “ndini ndakamudya” (I’m the one who ate him) when asked, “Ko hanzi wakadyiwa nemwana”.
