Neville Mutsvangwa Faces Second Charge: Accused of Using Illegal Starlink at Home
It never rains but pours for Neville Mutsvangwa, the son of Zanu PF spokesman Chris Mutsvangwa and Women’s Affairs minister Monica Mutsvangwa.
Neville Mutsvangwa who was recently arrested for allegedly engaging in illegal foreign currency trading has been slapped with a second charge.
He has been charged for using unlicensed Starlink at his Mt Pleasant home, which is still deemed illegal in Zimbabwe.

Arrested: Neville Mutsvangwa and Co-Accused Apprehended in Dramatic Raid
Neville Mutsvangwa was arrested by officers from the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) Criminal Investigation Department (CID) during a dramatic raid at his home in Mt. Pleasant on Wednesday afternoon.
Before his arrest, Neville posted the number 18.25 enclosed in double brackets on his WhatsApp status, which some interpret as indicating the black market ZiG exchange rate.
Neville was apprehended along with two other individuals; Elias Majachani (45) and Simbarashe Tichingana (38). The trio has since been charged with violating section 14 (1) of the Bank Use Promotion and Suppression of Money Laundering Act, Chapter 24:24.
Court Appearance: Neville Mutsvangwa Charged with Operating Unlicensed Starlink at Home
Neville and his co-accused appeared in court today.
A charge sheet that was seen by ZimLive, shows that Neville Mutsvangwa has been charged with willfully possessing or operating a radio station without a license or authorization from the Postal and Telecommunication Regulatory Authority.
A Starlink router and antenna were reportedly found mounted at Neville’s house.
This however does not come as a surprise as he has been alleged to be illegally selling Starlink kits in Zimbabwe.
