Sakhile Dube, a stunning beauty queen from Bulawayo, has been crowned Miss Universe Zimbabwe 2024. The prestigious pageant was held at Harare’s Hippodrome, where 18 contestants vied for the coveted title.
Dube, who impressed the judges with her poise, grace, and beauty, won a luxurious Mercedes Benz C200 (2020 model) and a cash prize of $10,000. The event was hosted by media personalities Ruvheneko Parirenyatwa and Misred, who kept the audience entertained throughout the evening.
The theme for the pageant was “Met Gala,” and the contestants were sashed at a ceremony held in Chishawasha Hills, Harare, prior to the main event. The pageant was a celebration of beauty, talent, and intelligence, and Dube’s win was met with thunderous applause from the audience.
