A large police contingent has been deployed in Naledi, Soweto, following the eruption of chaos on Wednesday.
Angry community members took to the streets, closing down and looting foreign-owned shops.
This followed the deaths of five children from suspected poisoning from food bought at a spaza shop.
A sixth child is in critical condition in ICU.

The crew that worked for BET’s new show, Pound 4 Pound claims they haven’t been paid. The show premiered on 29 September, starring Enhle Mbali, Mduduzi Mabaso, Gabisile Tshablala, and other familiar faces.
