Taking to his Facebook, Baba Harare shared an old picture of him with Jah Prayzah and the other band members from when they were still a band.
Captioning the post Baba Harare argued that if they listened to all the criticism thrown their way, they wouldn’t have grown into the men they are today.
“If we listened to all the criticism and negativity thrown our way we wouldn’t have grown into the men we are. In this day and age of content farming, rage baiting and virtue signaling please stand guided.”
He emphasized that social media and real life are separate entities. To answer those who had opined that there are no close, Baba Harare stated that their history is intertwined and that they are family till death do them apart.
“Social media and real life are separate entities. Our history is too intertwined for there to be any animosity between us. We are family till death does us part. Imi munhu akakuona wakapfeka vhesi reyellow nejombo hombe haasi wekutamba naye. So to the speculaters and gossip mongers rest henyu. We are good over here 🙏🏿.”

Appreciating winky D doesn’t mean he is passing a dig at JP. We are so divisive as a people. Sad you had to issue a statement for something so simple 😕
