Love triangles and legal complexities were the order of the day as the High Court in Zimbabwe has waved off a US$50,000 lawsuit filed by Jill Chawapiwa Chikore against her husbands mistress, Hellen Maworera. Chikore accused Maworera of an extramarital affair with her spouse, Jabulani Tawanda Chikore, dating back to July 2020.
However, the court ruled that it lacks jurisdiction over the matter, as both parties are British citizens residing permanently in the United Kingdom.
