In the video, the police officer who seemed heavily intoxicated under the influence of alcohol was caught on camera staggering in the streets.

The police officer who was fully clad in his police uniform was carrying a loaf of Lobels bread and seemed to be on his way home.

The police officer could barely maintain his balance as he staggered around in a drunken stupor. He stumbled and fell two times, he picked himself up and continued staggering around as he ran.
