Higher Education Minister Dr. Blade Nzimande rings in the changes at NSFAS.
Nzimande has dissolved the NSFAS board.
In a meeting on Thursday, the Minister announced he had decided to place the institution under administration.
Nzimande says the final decision will be communicated in a Government Gazette on Friday.
He will communicate his reasons for the decision on Sunday.
