Popular Philanthropist Uncle Saint Reveals Four-Year Secret Battle With Cancer

Popular Zimbabwean philanthropist Stephen Buzhu, popularly known as Uncle Saint, has revealed that he has been silently battling cancer.

The free-giving socialite took to his official Facebook account on Monday and announced that he has been secretly battling the illness for nearly four years.

While he poured his heart out about his journey from the day he was diagnosed to where he is now, he chose not to disclose the specific cancer he is fighting.

Uncle Saint said after he was diagnosed with cancer, doctors recommended that he undergo an operation. He opted not to have surgery since he was staying alone in Dubai. Upon his return to Zimbabwe, he felt a sense of improved health, until just last week, when he felt the illness resurface with intensified force.

His next words raised concern amongst his followers as he hinted that he might not have much time left. Uncle Saint also pleaded with God to grant him more time, especially for the sake of his children, whom he sees as his beacon of hope. He also humbly requested prayers from his supporters as he continues to confront cancer.
