Embattled mogul Sean “Diddy” Comb’s private jet has been grounded in Antigua after allegedly leaving the US following a raid on his homes by law enforcement.
The Surprise Raid
On March 25, 2024, federal agents raided Diddy’s homes in Los Angeles and Miami as part of an s_x trafficking investigation. Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) led the operation and executed search warrants issued by the Southern District of New York.
Serious allegations against the music mogul prompted the raids. Law enforcement sources indicated that the agents aimed to seize Diddy’s phones and computers before a planned trip abroad.
The Los Angeles raid occurred in the Holmby Hills area, where federal agents reportedly entered the property. Simultaneously, another mansion owned by Diddy in Miami was also targeted. The homes are linked to Diddy’s record company, Bad Boy Entertainment, and one of his daughters. His sons, King and Justin, are now in custody.
At least three other individuals—a woman and two men—were apprehended by agents, and several people appeared to be in handcuffs outside the Los Angeles home. The Homeland Security Investigations Human Trafficking Task Force coordinated the California and Florida raids.
The investigation has already involved interviews with at least four Jane Does and one John Doe by New York prosecutors in connection with the s_x trafficking allegations and a RICO case. Further interviews are expected as the case develops.
Diddy has faced four lawsuits accusing him of historical s_xual abuse in recent months, all of which he has denied. It is unclear if the current investigation is related to any of those accusers.
