Flamboyant businessman Wicknell Chivayo’s estranged wife Sonja Madzikanda has decided to step away from Instagram after dropping the bombshell that she and her businessman husband are in the process of finalising their divorce.

Sonja made the revelation after Chivayo trended on social media following allegations that he was on a romantic getaway with South African socialite Mihlali Ndamase.

In a candid video shared on her official Instagram account, she urged people not to judge Wicknell, clarifying that he wasn’t committing adultery as they’ve been separated for some time.

The news caught people off guard as Sonja and Wicknell had kept their separation under wraps.

Now, Sonja Madzikanda has revealed her decision to take a hiatus from social media.

In her Instagram stories, Sonja announced her decision to deactivate her account and cautioned her followers to be cautious of any Facebook profiles claiming to be her, as she is not active on that platform.

“Hi guys I’m deactive my Instagram account. So if you see ANY posts they are not mine. I am NOT active on Facebook,” she wrote on her Instagram stories.
