Lady Du, a prominent South African artist and entrepreneur, has announced her ambitious plan to employ 100 people within her business this year. Having ventured into the beauty industry in 2023 with the opening of her first salon, Lady Du is currently building her second franchise in Vosloorus.
She has already hired 32 employees and is committed to reaching her goal of 100 by the end of the year.
Lady Du emphasizes the importance of hiring based on character and skills rather than formal qualifications, believing that opportunities should be given to those with potential.
