In an unexpected development, the popular church the Zimbabwe Assemblies of God Africa Forward In Faith (ZAOGA FIF) has fired two of its pastors for teaching a different doctrine.

Greetings in the name of our soon coming Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

On behalf of the HQ Bishops and Apostles, and in line with the Guidance, Rules and Policy Article 8.2 which reads: Any leader who teaches any doctrine different from that of the ZAOGA Forward ln Faith Ministries international as set out in this Guidance, Rules and Policy as well as in the writings and teachings of the Founder and President shall be disciplined or requested to resign. We, therefore, write to inform you that with immediate effect, Pastors Samuel and Mirriam Munakandafa are no longer pastors in ZAOGA FIF Ministries International. Please be guided accordingly.

In the past, ZAOGA FIF has fired pastors for selling anointing oil with the church cancelling Desmond Gono’s United Kingdom work permit in 2011 for sending explicit pictures of himself to his female congregants.
