Account & Business Development Manager
At the heart of Old Mutual’s growth strategy lies a commitment to unlocking Africa’s potential one account, one relationship, and one region at a time. As part of this vision, the Account & Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business expansion through strategic acquisition and relationship management. This includes managing service level agreements, overseeing the allocation of advisors, and aligning internal teams to support each account. The goal is not only to expand market reach but also to sustain long-term relationships that benefit both the client and Old Mutual.
An ongoing challenge is to maintain a healthy acquisition pipeline that meets the demand for retail expansion. This requires close collaboration with internal business units and continuous market analysis to identify and act on emerging opportunities.
