The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has officially spoken out following the dramatic end to the match between Khama Billiat’s Scottland FC and Chicken Inn on Friday, 23 May. The match was called off after Chicken Inn players protested a last-minute penalty awarded to Scottland FC.
The tense fixture, played at Rufaro Stadium, was abandoned in the 90th minute when tempers flared over a referee’s decision that didn’t sit well with Chicken Inn. The chaos forced officials to end the game prematurely.
