ZIMRA Exposes Fraud Kingpin “Kedha” Behind Fake Tax Audit Bribe Scam

Fraudster used fake names and phone numbers

The Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) has unmasked a suspected fraud kingpin accused of impersonating tax officials to solicit bribes.

In an official public notice issued on 23 May 2025, ZIMRA named the suspect as Naison Kuzamba, also known by the alias Kedha.

“The individual pictured above, whose real name is Naison Kuzamba (alias Kedha), has been confirmed as the kingpin coordinating a network of impostors who have been contacting taxpayers under false pretences,” ZIMRA said in the statement.
