A Night of Glamour and Celebration

The 2025 Zim Achievers Awards UK took place at the luxurious Grand Hotel in Birmingham on 17 May. The star-studded event brought together leaders, influencers, and creatives from the Zimbabwean diaspora to celebrate excellence across various fields.

Now in its 15th year, the ZAA UK has grown into one of the most anticipated nights for Zimbabweans abroad. The evening was hosted by popular comedian King Kandoro, who brought laughter and charm to the stage.

One of the standout moments came from Jeff Madzingo, who delivered a powerful keynote speech about his journey from rural Zimbabwe to building a multimillion-pound business empire in the UK.

The event was backed by Ultra Healthcare (part of the GMT Network), along with partners Diaspora Insurance, Mukuru, and Remitly. Guests also enjoyed exhibitions from innovative businesses like Shanyai World, Just Mortgages, Eaglemaf Insurance Brokers, and TechIT AppIT.
