Former Kaizer Chiefs and Zimbabwe Warriors striker Knowledge Musona is trending for all the right reasons — and this time, it’s not about what he did on the pitch.

Musona showed up at Rufaro Stadium on Sunday, 15 June 2025, to support his younger brother Walter Musona, who was playing for Scottland FC in a Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match against Kwekwe United.

But things didn’t go as expected.

Musona Sits on Stadium Steps After Security Fails to Recognise Him

When Musona arrived at the stadium, carrying a baby, the security team failed to recognise him and blocked him from entering the bucket seat section. Instead of arguing or demanding special treatment, Musona quietly took a seat on the concrete steps like any other fan.

Only after some spectators spotted the football legend and alerted security was Musona ushered to the VIP section.
