Highlanders Football Club Reappoints Kindman Ndlovu as Acting CEO One Week After Resignation
Highlanders Football Club has reappointed committee member Kindman Ndlovu as Acting Chief Executive Officer, a week after he resigned from the post.
Ndlovu had stepped down just hours before the club was scheduled to conduct interviews to appoint a permanent CEO.
He was first appointed acting CEO three months ago following Brian Moyo’s resignation.

Highlanders Announces Reappointment of Kindman Ndlovu as Acting CEO
Highlanders FC released a statement today announcing the reappointment of Kindman Ndlovu as acting CEO.
The club confirmed that Ndlovu, who had previously tendered his resignation, has officially withdrawn the letter and will remain in the role until a substantive CEO is appointed.
Ndlovu apologized to executive member finance Nkani Khoza and the wider club for any inconvenience caused by the resignation letter leaking into the public domain.
“Highlanders football club would like to inform its stakeholders that after successful engagement the executive member technical and development Kindman Ndlovu remains the acting CEO until such time a substantive CEO is engaged.
Mr Ndlovu duly retracts his resignation letter and apologises to the executive member finance, Nkani Khoza and the club at large for any inconvenience the resignation letter caused after its unfortunate leak to the public.
The club leadership upholds the spirit of peace and tranquility as well as respect for one another and the Highlanders brand,” reads the statement.
