Holy Ten Marriage Crisis: Kimberly Richards Flees Home In Fear
Talented but highly controversial musician Holy Ten’s marriage is on the rocks after his wife, Kimberly Richards, fled their Arlington home in Harare, citing fears for her safety. The motormouth rapper, real name Mukudzeyi Chitsama, has been making headlines in recent weeks for erratic behaviour, heavy drinking and violent outbursts.
ZimLive reports that family members were so alarmed by his condition that they wanted him admitted into rehabilitation. The publication quoted a source saying:
“Holy Ten is at a crossroads. Without medical intervention and detox, he risks destroying himself.”
Behind closed doors, his marriage has reportedly collapsed, with Richards no longer staying at their matrimonial home.
Explosive accusations and social media rants
The cracks in the couple’s relationship were laid bare earlier this month. On 2 September 2025, Holy Ten launched a furious tirade against his wife on social media, accusing her of cheating.
He wrote:
“Kimberly Richard, you want to keep embarrassing me? So I can really be the perfect example of the artist who married a h**.”
He went further, claiming he had bought new underwear in Johannesburg only to give them to other women.
“The problem is you guys don’t know that the last time I was in Jozi I brought back 21 new underwear for my wives. Gave them to people like Hilary, Chelsea, etc,” he alleged.
In the same rant, the rapper shared a picture of another woman, claimed she was one of his current partners, and declared:
“I’ve got more h**s than EVERYONE in Zimbabwe.”
He also hinted at returning Richards to her family, writing cryptically that she should return to her father or her former lover, rival rapper Voltz JT.
This was not the first time he admitted to problems in the relationship. Back in May, he confessed that he initially married Richards to spite Voltz JT. He later added that he “fell in love along the way,” but recently announced he was no longer in love with her.
Wife moves out as fears grow
According to ZimLive, Richards left their home in Arlington after escalating incidents of violence and erratic behaviour. The report said family members were forced to flee the house at one point out of fear.
The outlet further revealed that the 26-year-old rapper has been battling health issues linked to alcoholism, including high blood pressure and complications with his pancreas and liver. He was reportedly hospitalised briefly but resisted efforts to undergo rehabilitation.
His spiralling health and behaviour have left relatives deeply concerned.
The musician’s recent public clashes with political figures and his plea for donations through a US$35 000 (R643 000) GoFundMe campaign have only added to the turmoil. But at the centre of it all, his marriage appears to be the biggest casualty.
