What You’ll Do
As a Field Business Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between field operations and technical teams. Your role will involve:

Business Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops, interviews, and field research to identify and document sponsorship process needs.

Process Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate and streamline processes like child-sponsor engagement using data insights and workflow visualizations.

Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with global and local stakeholders, facilitating joint design and validation sessions.

Data & Systems Insight: Analyze large datasets to drive process improvement and support dashboard and reporting development using tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL.

Change Management: Contribute to training and rollout strategies, ensure adoption of new systems and processes, and document lessons learned.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

3+ years of technical/business experience, ideally within a National or Cluster Office in a development context.

Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills.

Experience with sponsorship platforms like Horizon-Hope, Horizon-Engage, or Horizon-Share is a plus.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically or internationally.
