Once a Pirate Always a Pirate: Orlando Pirates FC Honour Late Striker Tendai Ndoro With Moment of Silence
Zimbabwean striker Tendai Ndoro, who was recently found dead in his Johannesburg apartment, has been honoured by his former club, Orlando Pirates FC.
Ndoro, remembered for his flair and attacking prowess, played a total of 112 matches for the Buccaneers.

Moment of Silence at Stellenbosch Clash
Ahead of their match against Stellenbosch FC, Orlando Pirates observed a moment of silence in remembrance of Ndoro. The emotional tribute took place on the pitch, with players bowing their heads to pay respect to the late forward.
Sharing the moment on Facebook, the club captioned the post:
“ A moment of silence in honour of Tendai Ndoro (15 May 1985 – 18 August 2025)
#MatchDay #OrlandoPirates #OnceAlways.”
