Popular Mzansi actor Fezile Makhanya had his fans and social media users in their feelings after he took to Instagram over the weekend and happily announced the birth of his second baby.
Fezile Makhanya and his wife Nondyebo Dzingwa have managed to keep their marriage away from the spotlight. The lovebirds have been married for over eight years according to TshisaLIVE and have since extended their family.
They welcomed their first child, a bouncing baby boy in 2021 and have now welcomed their secondborn. Taking to his feed recently, the former The Queen actor wore his heart on his sleeve as he shared his happiness with the world. He gushed over his tiny tot as he marked the baby’s arrival on social media.
“I prayed for this! I am living in a place that I literally prayed for,” he said. “There was a time when none of this existed. [And] There was a time when all this was just hopes and dreams, imagination and conversations I’d have with myself,” he wrote.
The seasoned actor posted several photos of his adorable newborn and praised God for granting him his wishes.
“I prayed for this moment right here. [And] I cherish it. God shows up in his perfect time. I am present. [And] I am grateful. Thank you, Lord,” Makhanya penned on his feed.
According to Briefly, in 2012, Felize Makhanya tied the knot with Miss Earth 2010 Nondyebo Dzingwa in a traditional wedding ceremony at the Ramsgate in KwaZulu-Natal.
Speaking about his marriage dynamic in a previous interview, and how he and his wife manage to keep their relationship private, the actor was quoted as saying: “I’m known publicly. [However], the only thing I want as mine and mine alone, is the relationship that I have with my partner.”
“Luckily for me, thank God, she’s not a public person, she’s a corporate, nine-to-five, and that’s where she likes to stay,” Makhanya reportedly added.
He is best known for his roles in Gomora, Intersections, HouseKeepers, Legacy, and more. However, it appears, he is not the only successful member of his family. It was reported that he was born into an entrepreneurial family.
According to the publication, his sister Sihle Makhanya is equally famous and also known to be a television personality.
