Zimbabweans have taken to social media express concern after yet another accident occurred on Seke Road — just hours after a horrific haulage truck and kombi collision claimed 17 lives.

The latest incident took place on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at the same stretch of road, sparking renewed calls for intervention.

The accident involving a Honda Fit happened near Pamaorange along Seke Road.

Three people were reportedly hospitalized.

Eyewitness Describes Bicycle and Vehicle Collision

A social media user identified as @Munyah_Wacho took to X (formerly Twitter) to shared that another accident happened later yesterday at the same accident scene.

He revealed that a man on a bicycle was hit and two private vehicles were involved in a separate collision at the same location.

Just passed by the accident scene izvezvi, the wreckage has been cleared but pane dzimwe dzatoita accident futi same spot 😭. Pane munhu adhumwa ari pabhasikoro and also dzimwe 2 mota, private dzabonderana,” he wrote.

Public Outcry and Spiritual Concerns

The frequency of accidents on Seke Road has left many Zimbabweans deeply disturbed. Social media has been flooded with messages calling for national prayers, fasting, and even road cleansing ceremonies.
