A mother has been left in tears after her toddler was scalded to death while they were both steaming with Zumbani.
This traditional wellness practice turned deadly this week when a two-year-old child suffered fatal injuries during a steam therapy session, authorities confirmed.

“The plastic vessel tipped over, dousing the victim’s upper body in boiling liquid,” a police spokesperson stated.
The severe burns covered the right side of his body and neck area.
