Contrary to initial reports suggesting that the rapper assaulted his daughter’s nine-year-old friend, new details have emerged.

The rapper is accused of attacking his neighbor, Catherine Matiza, and a nine-year-old girl who is a friend of his daughter.

Details of the Incident

According to reports, the incident began when Stunner’s daughter was playing with three other friends. The children reportedly started fighting, during which Stunner’s daughter fell and began crying.

It is alleged that Stunner intervened to stop his daughter from being attacked and, in the process, assaulted the nine-year-old complainant.

The situation escalated when Catherine Matiza, the nine-year old guardian, attempted to intervene. She claims that Stunner attacked her, causing her to bleed after dragging her into his yard to avoid onlookers. A video of the altercation has since surfaced.

Legal Representation and Complaints Against Police

Meanwhile, during the court proceedings, Stunner, represented by defense counsel Dumisani Mthombeni, pleaded not guilty to the two counts of assault.

Mthombeni raised concerns about the handling of the case by the police, accusing them of being biased and selective.

Your Worship, the accused person has complaints against the police who were biased and selective in handling this case. The police were selective in taking the complaints and did not capture his report on time,” Mthombeni said.

He added that Stunner had reported the incident to the police on August 25 under RRB 6105134, but his case was not properly addressed.

Mthombeni emphasized that Stunner is not guilty of the charges and was unfairly arrested.
