Another Night in Custody
The postponement means the mother and daughter will remain behind bars pending the continuation of the bail proceedings.
The court was expected to rule on their application, but the matter could not proceed after the magistrate assigned to the case was reportedly unavailable because of illness.
Awaiting Next Court Appearance
The matter is now expected to return to court once a new date for the bail hearing is confirmed.
Both accused are yet to formally respond in detail to the allegations as the case continues through the courts.
