Scottland FC coach Norman Mapeza has downplayed talk of a title challenge.
His team rose to first place in the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League.
Scottland defeated Herentals FC 2–0 on Saturday.
They secured the win at Rufaro Stadium during Matchday 16.
However, Mapeza stressed patience despite the league position.
He urged focus on steady progress instead of early celebrations.
“It’s early days (to start thinking about the title). For us, we just need to take the games as they come, collect maximum points and see what happens at the end of the season.”
