Highlanders have moved quickly during the mid-season window by adding three new players to their squad.
The Bulawayo giants have completed deals for Brighton Makopa, Liam Mabidi and Emmanuel Saidi.
The trio will now compete for places as Bosso targets a stronger second half of the campaign.
The club believes their arrivals will increase squad depth and create greater competition within the team.
Makopa Makes Highlanders Return
Makopa has returned to Highlanders after previously developing through the club’s youth structures.
However, he later left Bosso and continued his football journey elsewhere.
The defender subsequently represented Hwange FC before joining Chicken Inn FC.
His performances at Chicken Inn helped him secure another opportunity at Highlanders.
Meanwhile, Mabidi arrives from Beitbridge outfit Dulibadzimu United.
The midfielder now gets the chance to make his mark at one of Zimbabwe’s biggest clubs.
Saidi Joins On Loan
Saidi has also strengthened the Highlanders squad after securing a loan switch from Scottland FC.
The midfielder will remain with Bosso until the season concludes.
Consequently, Highlanders now have additional options as they prepare for the remaining fixtures.
The club hopes the three arrivals can provide an immediate boost.
Furthermore, their presence should increase competition and give the coaching staff more selection options.
