Zimbabwean socialite Tyra Chikocho, popularly known as Madam Boss, has responded to netizens who accused her of purchasing tickets to the 2025 BET Awards.
The socialite and comedian shared videos and pictures of herself with many other Hollywood black talent at the Awards show.
The list included Production company owner Tyler Perry, actors Teyana Taylor and Aaron Pierre and many more. Madam Boss got passes to go backstage and mingle with the stars.
In a video where she shared her experiences at the show, she addressed netizens claiming that the places were she went can not be bought. She also claimed that people looked down upon her because she was uneducated.
Madam Boss Accused Of Lying About Getting An Invitation To The BET Awards
Madam Boss was accused online by people who claimed that she bought tickets to the BET Awards and falsely claimed to have been invited.

The socialite then presented proof of the ticket prices, which range between US$ 17,000 and US$30,000. However, people did not believe her and googled the price of tickets, which they found to be less than US$500. This caused a lot of ruckus on social media with people claiming that she was lying.

This pushed the socialite to share the video, clapping back at haters and telling them that if it was easy, maybe they should do it too. She also made a statement about how Zimbabweans do not support their own and constantly put her down.
Madam Boss’ Road To Fame
The socialite also addressed her haters who look down upon her because she is not educated. Madam Boss was a maid before she gained fame on Facebook. According to her, she only has a driver’s licence and marriage certificate and no educational certificate whatsoever.

Madam Boss clapped back at haters and promised that God was working wonders in her life, and more was in store for her despite many fellow Zimbabweans looking down on her.
